Within next 2 years, a new AAA game will be announced, and as one of the main features in the trailer, it will say "No raytracing or fake frames". It will be just a dumb marketing ploy, but the debate that it's going to trigger will be monumental.

I forget what it was precisely but I remember someone showing a picture of a PS3(?) racing game at night, with obviously not ray traced lighting that looked fantastic.
