Well, it is because one of our most basic needs is now not fulfilled. We are hungly. And no matter what you throw at people, when thry are hungry, they will not care about anything else. Deal with it.

@LukeAlmighty Maybe because regardless of who pays for the restaurant, the money is going to capitalists who underpay their workers, pollute the environment, and oppress indigenous people.

None of that would happen if food was made a basic human right instead of something to profit off of.
