@LukeAlmighty UK advice is 0.8g per kg of lean body mass. Layman's advice if you're eating enough, as protein is intrinsically linked to calories (4kcal per gram), you're fine.

Thanks, but as of now, I am holding a regime of 2-3 breads with butter in morning, main meal and a yogurt in evening.

And I won't do any changes until I see it fail.
