Diversity quotas are the line that should be clear to anyone.

If I tell you, that you do NOT deserve the opportunity to feed your family because of your race, that is a declaration of a murderous intent in all aspects as far as I am concerned. I don't care, that it is microscopically indirect, it is still murderous.
