Dodge v. Ford is a non-issue because you can ALWAYS weasel out of it by saying you're Building Brand Value.
Apparently this current thing is about whether the POTUS can set a tariff w/o an act of congress. IMO he should be able to because otherwise foreign negotiating power is nil.
But whatever. POTUS bans Italian cars, Italy threatens to revoke Vatican Special Status, Vatican calls up SCOTUS (they're all Catholic), ruling reversified.
