So, I got to the Amazing Spiderman, and the chemistry between Peter and Gwen is so great, that it really hurts me to watch. 
Also, say whatever you want. I myself consider most of the "we, mere mortals will help the superhero" scenes to be incredibly cringe and lame..... BUT:
The crane scene is the most unbelievable exception, because it works not only on the thematic level, but also on the mechanical one insanely well.
