I am not an expert in the slightest. In fact, I know I am uneducated to the widest possible extent.
But, shouldn't down syndrome be actually the long bet to go? We cannot genetically improve in complexity with a limited memory. So, why are we trying to remove it? Because it isn't filled correctly yet? That's what the artificial breeding is for...
