Ever since I went hard on squats my knees entirely stopped being a problem, I have 0 knees issues whatsoever anymore

I could walk practically forever if it wasn't for the legs and feet giving up before I do

When I started doing pushups, my palms were seriously beyond broken, and I couldn't handle being on them for the minute required.

Almost as if, you have to use your body, if you want it to be useful.
