I'll never understand how boomers can watch news and have it playing 24/7 then have the audacity to complain that they never see anything good on the news.
@souldessin At that point they should save some money to literally just buy radio or some background music instead of paying such an expensive cable bill.
But they probably have so much money left that they could probably just waste it on useless things.

It's just background noise to them. I have worked in so many homes that do this. It's almost like a radio. I've even mentioned something just said and almost none of them know what I'm talking about.
