so ive been reading about estrogen in soy and i think maybe trans women are just stupid? like why are you all going to doctors and getting estrogen injections if just eating a bit of tofu would have the same effect

heard a terrible story about a mother who accidentally fed her son rice cooked with some soy sauce once... he became a girl and got teen pregnant and had to put the baby up for adoption. tragic.
