@Shadowman311 I always felt like game reviews or wildly inaccurate even from people who have generally good opinions because I feel like there is no foundation games to base every other game off of.

I feel like there should be one game for every genre that's considered the gold standard and you measure how good another game in that genre is off of that game or at the very least use that as a reference point but that would require effort in an actual IQ which a gaming journalist doesn't have let alone the ability to play the game.
