This is actually a good question I have with the world actually be a better or Worth place of the United States never existed / or never became a superpower?

Presumably the world superpowers would be Russia and China. Most if not all European countries would have given up the vast majority of their power somewhere to how they did in this time line and things would play out almost similarly.
