@beardalaxy True. But the problem is that my brain overheats quickly when i try to sustain doing or understanding something difficult or complex. The other problem is that i get writer's block easily as well which also makes my brain overheat.

Oh well, i think that i have to take it easy and set *realistic* objectives over a long period of time to get the gears going instead of trying to accomplish everything in go like i always try to do.
