It used to be the same for me, but in the last year or so, it hasn't been doing that great. There haven't been that many drops, and they don't last long, but they've still increased in frequency compared to even just 5 years ago.

I think the worst blackout in recent memory happened on a weekend day. But even in that case, it was fixed quite fast considering nobody was probably actually working that day.
Haven't had problems during storms as far as I can remember.
