Here's the thing, it's not the government that ultimately ensures the government respects the constitution. That's just circular nonsense. It's the people who have the supreme power in such a matter. So the question is, when will the people decide to enact their power, however they may desire, against these corporations?

Personally I don't believe in god, rather I believe those rights are a direct consequence of our features as human beings. For example, we have the right to free speech, because communication is a primary trait that differentiates us from animals. Another example, if we had evolved from plants, I expect the Constitution would have granted rights to access sunlight.
