@Stellar By "home" do you mean the linux /home? Didn't think you could do that in NTFS. And even if you can, I don't think that's a good idea, which is why the brain aneurysm is understandable.
@Stellar In that case, can't say I see why someone would have a brain aneurysm over this. Not how I'd do dual booting, but your use case should work just fine.
