Free audiophile tip: unless you have really expensive hi-fi gear, don't have your OS output audio above 48khz. Going 96khz or 192khz will result in audio artifacts on low grade stuff.

Maybe your soundcard allows only 48khz. I guarantee you Windows allows up to 192khz and 24bit. I could use those settings if I wanted to back when I was still using Windows 10. I'm on Linux now.
