That's not gonna happen. What will happen, is that after the first girl gets excluded, the rest will be more afraid to speak up, for fear of being excluded themselves, even if they are in fact far more uncomfortable with the situation than the initial girl was.
In a way, it's a perverse form of manipulation. You make an example of the one that spoke up, and force everyone else to comply with one of the things kids, and especially girls, fear the most: being the odd one out.
