@alyx you should its not an especially long series but its fantastic and definitely pushes age boundaries for just how dark and emotional it can get.

You absolutely should. I wouldn't say its underrated because the people who've seen it generally love the damn thing but I guess not many people have and that's awful. I blame cartooon network killing off its viewerbase by pushing TTG like hell for years.

Teen Titans Go? That's probably the least of the things that drove people away. But yeah, last show I was interested in from CN was Adventure Time, and it's been a looooong time since I discovered that one.

Haven't heard this particular complain, and can't say I can verify if it was the case. The problem is people hated TTG for other reasons, mainly that people loved the old TT, and this just felt like an insult to it and the characters they loved. I'd bet that if the TTG randomness was explored with a new IP instead, nobody would have cared, and maybe they would have even liked it.
But CN did what it did, people ended up hating TTG, and thus probably started blaming it for everything else.

I heard it was both they wanted the old TT back and that TTG was taking up huge timeslots.

Still Infinity train is one of the projects that never got the attention it deserved as a result and that breaks my heart.
