Red potion is for the sports jock.
Blue potion, I can't really tell what the downside is, unless you become addicted and you suddenly can't get it anymore.
Green potion is annoying, since you loose stuff you get from luck.
White potion sounds like the worse. Pink potion is interesting.
Purple potion might be good if real life was a MMO.
Yellow potion is completely useless IMO.
Black potion is like trying to balance the heat of an Auschwitz furnace with the cold of absolute zero temperatures. You get the best perk, but your mental health goes to shit and you're stuck with a permanent twice a day chore.

Overall, I'd go for Pink.
