I'm not big on "muh Juice" conspiracy theories, but I can't deny that USA did more for the world by pushing technology through the Moon landing missions than by just giving away money to countries that don't have the technological development anyway to make the most of it.
Still, giving aid to African countries is still more efficient at improving their lives than importing countless numbers of immigrants. So no solution is perfect.
