If you can explain to me why a Romanian would post a picture captioned with Spanish, that'd be great.
Meanwhile, I'm Romanian myself. This looks like propaganda. Can't say I know for what purpose. I made a different reply to OP with a bit more details about the state of vaccinations here.

How would a Spanish person know about stuff in Romania though? Why would they care?! And their user name is vague enough that it can just as well be a Romanian name. So it's hard to tell...
Also the Spanish caption reads something like: all anti-Covid vaccination centers are being closed.
OP means opening post (or opening poster).
Yes, I live in Romania. What I can tell for sure isn't true is that vaccination centers are being closed.
As for the 70% of people refused vaccination, that's complicated. For one, people aren't actively refusing it. There's no real "resistance" to speak of, of people that are protesting against the various anti-covid things. What is happening is that we have a large rural population, around 46%, and they're less likely to be well educated, won't even understand what vaccines are, they're likely to think an epidemic won't even reach their isolated village, and generally don't see the need for medication if they don't feel sick. And even if they get something that has any flu like symptoms, going to the doctor is still the last thing they do. They'll take weird medicinal herbs and teas, thinking that will make them better.
And the second problem of making a claim that "70% of people are refusing vaccines" is due to how we've basically lost track of our demographics. Basically, there's potentially 4-5 million Romanians, out of an official population of 20 million, that don't actually live or work in Romania. While crunching the numbers would indeed reveal only about 30% of Romanians have gotten the vaccine, this number is inherently faulty because there simply aren't 20 million people living in this country right now.

Thanks. Real statistics are hard to come by these days. With this fake pandemic any common sense simply wins to see through the media nonsense. I guess people in rural Romania still have that. If pharma drugs would cure people, they would be out of business quickly.
What happened in Spain before, are good reasons to see what's happening in the EU. I'm Dutch following everything, as I can see the new dictatorship coming. Something Romanians probably still remember well 🤔

Simple, my picture came from a Spanish Instagram account. They wrote something on it. Are you living in Romania also? What’s real or not about it? I have no idea what OP is.
