like how now my linux install will sync time on boot but windows still wants it manually
despite auto sync being on
@emilis I've found Windows does it eventually, when it feels like it. I think it has some time of day when it tries to do it, instead of on boot.

@emilis Dual booting? You need to change either the Windows or Linux way of handling UTC. Then they'll both show the same.
