If you're still sane enough to consider the possibility that you might have had too much caffeine, then you haven't reached the point yet.
@alyx it looks like the FDA (lol) suggests 200mg of caffiene which is about as much as i put in the press

So you made an estimation. You could still be under the 200mg if your brand is not particularly strong.
