What's the virtualization program in which less performance is lost for linux?
Let's say I am running Linux and I want to put a high performance VM with windows.

@Xalef if you have a spare gpu in a desktop you can do kvm (qemu) with gpu passthrough. (works pretty well, but in my experience it's a pain in the ass to set up)
this will give you the absolute peak performance you can have.
Oh, and when you do gpu passthrough you'll need to put windows on its own monitor (since at that point windows has full control of the gpu and will just output on its ports)
so basically gpu passthrough is great for performance, but unless something has changed it can take quite a bit to get it up and running
otherwise just use virtualbox, the graphics performance is ehhhh, but far better than what qemu provides.

Let me make a further note on VirtualBox here: it's graphics performance is basically shit. If you're looking to do even the lightest of gaming or graphical work, this ain't the solution. For anything else, VIrtualBox is good and easy to setup. I even made it boot from my dual boot Windows 7 drive instead of installing it separately.
