I used to think there could be something to this. Recently heard from a source I trust that it was bogus. Haven't gotten around to doing the leg work though. Won't say anything definitive until I do, but it would make more sense to me if it was indeed bogus. (not necessarily on purpose of course, just the usual case of misinterpreted data)
