Not really. Microsoft doesn't own Linux. Though I'm sure they contribute some code every once in a while.

Then it's Microsoft CBL-Mariner, or Microsoft WSL. But Microsoft still doesn't own the master Linux kernel, or have control over it. They just have some forks.

Is Debian the company? I thought Debian was just the distro name. Like for Ubuntu, that's just the distro name and Canonical is the organization behind it.

Ok, but there's still no distro that is actually called Microsoft Linux. At best you could argue for a Windows Linux.
