What I loved was the gun barrel thing - they kept pushing it until the judge was like 'well let's just measure it now because the jury wouldn't know how to measure it' then the prosecutor was like "well lost that one! Just drop that charge then"
Prosecution KNEW that gun was legal, and they tried to pull some slimey tactics to get it through anyway.

The prosecution has been shit from day 0. If I were the judge, I'd put the prosecutor in jail.
