I wasn't even the one to came to the conclusion. I told Eris to call the cops on Terry if he thinks he did something wrong, as otherwise he'd basically be an accomplice to Terry's crimes. He refused. When I asked why, he said Terry's doings would be ignored. When I asked why would Terry's doings be ignored if they're illegal, he answered that they are not.
