You do realize this is probably a bogus article, written by a random guy who's trying to cope with the consequences of his lifestyle, and he's twisting some random research that was either poorly made or not replicated.
If I were to guess, what's probably happening is that HIV has already infected all the gay sluts it was going to infect, so it doesn't have much where to spread but to the straight sluts.
