not sure if something wrong with the displays or i just acclimated to 144hz really well because these 60hz screens feel like the world is sluggish and lagging behind even though the framerate is cool and good

@icedquinn
As far as I know, it's universally accepted that you can tell the difference between a 60hz and a 120/144hz screen. So it's nothing wrong with your display. What you're feeling is probably real.

@alyx why would 60fps on a 144hz feel better than 60fps on a 60hz though :blobcatumm:
@alyx i have that set in the drivers to reduce the amount of pizzas it tries to cook, yeah. the built-in screen is 144hz w/ freesync, the externals do not have it. maybe that is why?

If the externals would default to normal vsync, then yes, freesync would probably be the cause. I've always disabled vsync on any game I play, even if I easily exceed 60fps, because it always creates input lag, and I just lock the fps.
