My advice: don't try to understand their world view. It's just one massive migraine waiting to happen.
@alyx eh sometimes i think of weird placed like poland and hungary where the wokesters get mad and it's like well ... uh .. i mean, where exactly does a group of people get to choose how their culture works?

Yup. And honestly it seems to be a very american way of seeing the world. It's really dumbfounding how the woke will proclaim they want diversity, but their entire ideology is very american-centric, including their definition of "diversity". So the idea of diversity is basically corrupted from the start.
So yeah, again, don't do what I always end up doing, don't think too much about it. You're only get a migraine and it's not worth it.
