I don't need a link to a study to tell me there's no such thing as "protein poisoning". The only protein that is "poison" is literal spider venom, but a) it's literally venom not poison, and b) cows and chickens aren't spiders.
And even inside the article it's "protein" not meat.
Do we know of a protein that reduces testosterone?
Maybe something plant based?
Maybe... SOY?
