Not 'Murican myself, but:
1) don't think Trump is senile yet
2) of course, but I don't expect to be the president of a nation when I end up senile. By then I expect to be in some kind of retirement home. So it's not like I'm gonna be in the public spotlight for people to laugh at me.

Also I don't think that people laugh at Biden because he's senile as much as they're laughing at the fact that Democrats defend a president that is senile.
