If it makes you feel any better, I know for a fact there's at least one Romanian gypsy out there who's name translates to Watermelon. Also another one who's name translates to Pee, and countless gypsy girls who are named Mercedesa (after the car brand).
@alyx what kills me is that they almost certainly pronounce it Malone but instead of just using that name they had to make it uNiQuE and now he's going to be called melon for the rest of his life
