LCD or OLED?
If it's OLED, you're probably doomed.
If it's LCD, sometimes you can poke at it with your fingernail (but carefully as to not scratch the screen) to kinda readjust the liquid crystals. I managed to fix a dead pixel on a monitor like that once.
