The dumbfounding thing is, the ATF must know that there are individuals out there who desperately want to snitch on people constantly and repeatedly. Cause nobody needs an app for something they might only need to do once in their lifetime at most. You visit a website or call a number for that. You need and app when you do the same thing over and over again, and you want the process to be as efficient as possible.
