I'm completely ignorant on the topic, but for the sake of the argument, assuming the title is correct (I ain't reading the full article), what exactly would be wrong with that? It's not like the shooter would have changed his mind and not mindlessly kill people just because he couldn't publish his manifesto on a obscure forum.
