Looks like those spaces shouldn't belong there. Always look at the commands used in his terminal that worked, not what he pasted on the webpage

If it's a potato, it's a potato. You're not gonna get a 20-30 fps from a 5 fps machine. Unless your windows or drivers are fundamentally broken in some way and need fixing, you're not gonna manage massive uplifts in framerate with some command line tweaks.
@alyx@gameliberty.club @Terry@bae.st my problem is that it looks barely better than half life two I ran on a computer 15 years ago at tripple the fps, going at 15 fps tops
