2% Twitter will become as free as the likes of DRC and Baest
9% Twitter will become a lot freer, probably better than Gab.
53% Twitter will only become slightly better, and no gamer words allowed.
17% Twitter won't really improve at all

For now I wouldn't hope for anything better than 2014-2016 era. The firings are a good sign, but it doesn't guarantee anything.
