He's not what I'm looking for in a vtuber. He's closer to what I'd be looking for in a bloodsports channel, if I cared about that side of the internet.

@alyx I think he's more entertaining than most, who just play vidya and have nothing to say.

I don't think the point of vtubers is to do lots of commentary. It's just to be chill and wholesome mostly. Maybe talk to their audience.
From what I can tell from clips, they behave less like a host of a show, and more like they're spending time with their friends. Which is kinda fucked up when you realize you the viewer are the friend.

@alyx Yeah, it's all about a very unhealthy para-social relationship, I'm not into that.

With channels like "Absolute Unit" the technology is becoming less genre defining, and more general purpose.

A step in the right direction, in my opinion.
