Just reading the description, it sounds user unfriendly, cumbersome. In a way it sounds closer to the bittorrent protocol. Sounds interesting, but I'm not completely convinced.

There's something that confuses me while reading the description. If I were to post something on this thing, does it actually go to a 3rd party server? Initially it sounds like it works completely like bittorrent, in that the content is local, in your client, and other people can view your posts only while you have the client open and accessible to the relays.

Reading more, it seems I misunderstood. Relays to act as servers that host the content you post.

Something else that sounds like it could be over-complicated, is replies. Considering relays supposedly don't talk to other relays, how is a threaded discussion handled?
