I would always enjoy watching MASH growing up. They really aired it many years over and over

A classic, but these days it's as much a medical historical documentary as it is a comedy.

I just remembered... you ever saw the last episode? To this day I still find it the most outstanding portrayal of PTSD in media.

@alyx as a child I really enjoyed watching it. Like when I was 11-12 I really enjoyed the tone and vibe between the characters. Yes I cried a little last one

@BasedLunatic First time I watched it, I was around 7-8. It was my big brother's favorite show on TV, and I would watch along. Then it popped up on TV again when I was 12-14 I think. But I didn't manage to catch every episode until some years later, when I looked it up online. I was quite a bit older when I finally saw the last episode, so I didn't cry, but did it ever hit like a ton of bricks.
As much as the war had been played up for comedy during the entire show, the final reveal was so serious. The contrast it created... pure genius.
