@alyx i think its meant to be a container for websites that should have honestly been desktop software.

might check it out. have very low expectations though. its just a faceplate for qt's browser.

@icedquinn Could easily be a case of dual-use tech.
Could be nothing of course, but it smells fishy to me. The feature list and readme is ridiculously long and detailed for an open source software project on it's first release. It could make sense if they moved the repository from somewhere else to github recently.

@alyx i'll probaby end up hating it because ublock is basically mandatory for web browsers to be usable
@alyx @icedquinn most of the features are not hard to add when you’re already using qtwebengine

you can do all that with qutebrowser (which also has an ad blocker that supports most ublock rules), though it’s not specifically designed for it
