I haven't watch that many clips of her, but I haven't noticed any hint of Romanian accent. I highly doubt it.

Fun tidbit about Gawr Gura: don't know her reasons for the name choice, but "gura" in Romanian means "the mouth". Since part of her look is her cute mouth with shark teeth, I'd like to believe she's aware of what her name means.

It's kinda useless... we won't ever find out the truth. The outage is too big to be something small & simple. They'll have to cover up the truth, or else it will be PR nightmare. (not that PR is doing all that well as it is).
