Ever heard of "don't negotiate with terrorists"? Pretty much the same thing applies here. 1st rule is to not pay any ransom or succumb to any blackmail, because if you do, you paint a giant target on yourself. And I'm sure Nvidia doesn't want that.

If I were to guess, they're bluffing.
Either they've never got the data they claim they did, or they're too scared to actually release it cause they know if they did, Nvidia would see them locked in jail for the rest of their lives.

As for the "guy who wanna bought the source code", it's either a big fat lie to cop out, or it's literally the police already going after them.

I've been saying for close to a decade that emojis were a mistake. But no one ever listens... :blobshrug:

There are no issues with your Deepin camera. You sir, are fake news.

@smugumin
Some bans should have happened a long time ago: mainly banning Russian athletes because of their Olympic cheaters.

Others are completely terrifying: I didn't elect Google to conduct my foreign policy. RT should be allowed in Europe until EU nations make a decision on the matter.

Some are simply ridiculous: what did cats ever do to you?!

And few can be seen as a justifiable company policy: I don't find it out of the ordinary that some companies would not want to deal with any risk that could rise from doing business in an unstable warring country.

Should I remind SJW again that he doesn't have a sister?
