Latest Vivaldi update broke h264 hardware accelerated video decoding on Linux for me. Vp9 still works though. I have no idea how that can happen.

I never tried any, but it was my understanding that their sound quality isn't that great, and they're worth it only if you have outer ear problems.

Yeah, construction work isn't that simple. Especially in an older apartment that you're maybe renovating, or installing something. I've witness enough of these first hand to know, no matter how much you try to plan the noise making, you can't really put it all in a single continuous block of time.
Not to mention, that a lot of times, neighbors will complain more if you drill continuously for 30 minutes, than if you have maybe 40-50 minutes, but spread out over a few hours.

In a way yes, but you're probably thinking more of being an authoritarian in general. Fascism is more of a subset of that, and implies certain ways the government interacts with and controls the public sector.
Authoritarianism can be a personality type, in that you want control over those around you. Fascism then starts describing how you'd go about applying that control.

I've been playing with a little self-hosted FOSS video-game streaming service: Sunshine.

Tested it via Moonlight on Android, and it works pretty well. You could give it a try if you're into this sort of thing, and you'd like to stream non-steam games to your phone, so you can play in bed or something. I don't really know how people use game streaming tbh.

You can also just use it as a remote desktop thing probably.

Maybe you're not aware of it, but I've seen it before, a lot of times what they try to add is utter bs, with less than zero evidence to back it up. It's gonna be shit like "Thomas Edison didn't invent the light-bulb, it was this random black guy we pulled out of our asses, that we think maybe was somehow connected to Edison in some vague way, that no historical consensus supports".
