By the way, did you end up not sleeping at all last night?

Here's something I don't get. Since our planet's albedo, or how much of the Sun's light and heat it reflects back into space, is so important, and we're so concerned about melting ice because it reduces this albedo and heats up the planet more, why don't we paint building roofs white?
The solution described in this article is interesting too, but it involves tempering with the natural environment. Why not instead change the already existing artificial environment humans created, and increase the albedo of it?
I imagine making streets white might not be possible and it would be massively inconvenient to have a lot of sunlight reflect into our eyes while driving. But what if we made roofs white, so that buildings would reflect more of the sunlight, instead of absorbing it and heating up the environment? Of course, ideally we'd have solar panels on roofs, harvesting that solar energy.

I hate it that people keep reminding me that I've yet to try out KDE Connect.
On the other hand, I'm seeing a lot of apps I approve of in there.

I don't think I agree with the cocksucker part, but if people are worried about deadly diseases, I think it's normal for them to ask these things and to expect answers.
