This mostly. The more important your native language, the less you need to learn a second or even a third one.
TBH, I'd rather people learned other languages because they like to, and not because of necessity. Romanians are expected to learn 2 foreign languages during school, because it is thought you need them. But the only people I see that are any good at them are the ones that liked learning them. Yet everyone puts English & French on their CVs just the same, so you'll have no idea if you can count on their skills or not. If people weren't forced into learning them, at least you wouldn't have them clutter up their CVs with things they don't really know.

No I doesn't. The same people that do this have the messiest desktops around.

Also, fun fact: icons on your desktop slow down your boot. Images are the worst. If you have a big enough one, it can literally lock up your computer. (I've witnessed it first hand)
