That's kinda my point, no one does server maintenance or replacement for a whole week. You'd have to be extremely incompetent at this. And they've been working on gab for years now. You'd think they've learned a thing or two in all this time. We're literally at a point where Occam's razor would point towards they ran away with money.

Probably. It would be a too massive undertaking to completely overhaul a site like that. And the risk of breaking it would be too large for them.

I find it so hilarious that these days the meme is "php bad" when 10-15 years ago it was the thing to learn if you wanted to make a decent website. How fast things change.

WordPress is THE blogging platform. If you want to blog, WordPress is the default choice.
As for Tumblr, yeah, Verizon had them and sold to WordPress. Had to search it cause I forgot what happened.

And in case you never played the game, Conflux is a conglomeration of creatures put together, that were never meant to actually be in a town (let alone in the same town). It literally wasn't even meant to exist, it's just something that was stitched together at the last moment.
